 renowned winemakers, cheesemakers and chocolatiers will join Wine Dire
 ctor and Sommelier Ted Glennon in leading ENO-Versity classes through 
 an exploration of the histories, types and flavors of exquisite wines 
 by suggesting cheese and chocolate pairings, each individually chosen 
 to perfectly complement the selection of wines. As an added treat, som
 e ENO-Versity classes will be followed by an intimate connoisseur dinn
 er with the special guest winemaker at 1500 OCEAN. Chef de Cuisine Bri
 an Sinnott creates a fabulous four-course dinner that perfectly comple
 ments the class’ featured wines.\n\nMarch 27 – Class & 1500 OCEAN 
 Connoisseur Dinner: Tablas Creek, Paso Robles\nPaso Robles is one of t
 he most promising wine growing regions in California. A massive belt o
 f limestone runs through the west side of the region while the most se
 vere diurnals (shifts between high and low temperatures from day to ni
 ght) in the state drive complexity and balance in the grapes as they d
 evelop on the vine. Respected around the world for their prized wines,
  the Tablas Creek vineyards are certified organic and absolutely beaut
 iful.\n\nENO-Versity classes are held in the ENO wine tasting room fro
 m 4pm to 5:30pm and are $35 per person. Special connoisseur dinners at
  1500 OCEAN are immediately following the class; prices vary. For rese
