ENO-Versity Class with Core Wine Company

ENO is thrilled to offer “ENO-Versity” classes, where renowned winemakers, cheesemakers and chocolatiers will join Wine Director and Sommelier Ted Glennon in leading ENO-Versity classes through an exploration of the histories, types and flavors of exquisite wines by suggesting cheese and chocolate pairings, each individually chosen to perfectly complement the selection of wines. As an added treat, some ENO-Versity classes will be followed by an intimate connoisseur dinner with the special guest winemaker at 1500 OCEAN. Chef de Cuisine Brian Sinnott creates a fabulous four-course dinner that perfectly complements the class’ featured wines.

March 13 – Class: Core Wine Co. Santa Maria Valley, Santa Barbara
Cult wines are for people who want their wine to taste good and care about how the grapes were grown. David Corey specializes in small batch vineyard driven wines. This event promises to be a very nerdy affair.
