Come join us for a free workout ! Get inspired again for this new year and get fit and happy for free! We will have a different workout each time , P90X , Insanity , Turbo Fire..etc...All levels are welcome since you can modify each moves or go at your own pace .
And after the sweat...enjoy a refreshment and protein samples.
