Event Description
This Meditation Workshop is the perfect way to learn how to meditate and practice different styles of meditation to find peace, relaxation and stress relief in a demanding, fast paced world. A great course for beginners or those who wish to improve their meditation skills. Everyone Welcome.
Workshop led by Grand Master Teacher, Jean Pierre, considered a pioneer in the mind/body field and has over 45 years experience teaching Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi, Martial Arts. He and his wife, Linda, own and operate Coronado Yoga & Wellness Center for over 12 years now in Coronado.
