Life's Simple Pleasures.......
Yoga on the Beach.
Everyone welcome - No experience necessary.
Sunday 8/8/10 (Mark your Calendar)
9:30am -10:30am
$5 Donation suggested.

Bring a beach towel or sheet for your practice.
Bring a friend.
Meet prior to class at the bench at the end of OCEAN BLVD (at the start of the Hotel Del houses).
