Consistently good food makes this one a great choice. Enjoy fresh seafood, great spinach salads and warm sourdough bread. Be sure to check out the happy hour menu for big savings.

A San Diego tradition since 1969, the Brigantine has earned many accolades over the years, including "Best Swordfish in the World" from USA Today.

Best known for our great Happy Hours and bustling Oyster Bars,
the Brigantine is a San Diego favorite for fresh seafood, steaks and chops, for friendly and always knowledgeable service, and for our warm and inviting facilities.

Try our Brigantine First Catch - family-friendly three-course dinners for our early diners, starting at just $19/person.

You can sit in the bar area to avoid waiting for a table! You can still order off the dinner menu and the atmosphere is more casual! Try the grilled swordfish tacos or the nachos! Delicious!
The brigantine seems to be the place we love to take out of town guests. It is the most consistent with food and service. I have never been disappointed.
A great place to eat for seafood. Like somebody else mentioned, the local secret is the bar. You can get appetizers in there if you're waiting for a table, or you can just have dinner at the bar. Reasonably priced, casual atmosphere.
