My family and friends love to meet outside this cafe for Chai Tea Latte's, we hang out with all the local's here. It's a great place for us to network with our neighbors on the island.

A great coffee shop atmosphere! They have wonderful soup which is unexpected!! The air conditioning needs work and so does the service. I think the service is a result of the lack of air flow though! :)

Cafe 1134 reminds me of a living room-- very homey, lots of art There are many places to sit; out on the sidewalk if the weather is nice, inside, upstairs, and at the bar. Oh yah, free wifi.

I have been frequenting Cafe 1134 prior to moving to Coronado. Coffee is always fresh, wifi, pastries. Always a positive when the person tending to customers remembers which hot drink you prefer after a winter beach walk.

Best cafe ever. Their chocolate scones are HEAVEN. and the upstairs loft is the best little cafe spot.

All the above--would add that the egg steames/omlettes are creative and delicious. The lunch fare of sandwiches and salads are also very good. Coffee is great, too. I find the upstairs loft a little cramped--as is the dining area in general, but I guess that makes it cozy! Never had an issue with service but it is a hard place to get around in, so I cut the folks some slack...

My new love: Café 1134, between their iced-tea, coffee and little treats- I cannot get enough! It is a great place to get free wireless and enjoy funky new art and artists. The nook upstairs is a great place to eat breakfast and the outdoor patio in the back is perfect to enjoy a breeze on a warm sunny day whilst sipping on your chai-tea latte. I plan to spend the rest of my summer enjoying their many amenities.

I had breakfast here for the first time last saturday. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and had a fabulous omelet. The coffee was wonderful. I will go back soon.

Awesome place to chill, check email, scope out the Coronado scene under the shade, and eat great veggie chili!
