Working out or just going to the post office, try a smoothie or juice. My friend Nina is one of the owners here and to support her, I will go anywhere! What a blessing to have local owners, friends and this SIC as part of our community. May you prosper and be enriched.

I have gone here a few times in an attempt to get a healthy snack during work and it was perfect! Their smoothies fill me up and they taste great. The cold pasta looked good too and is on my list to try for next time.
