As you may have heard, Sullivan Solar Power is owned by Coronado community resident Dan Sullivan, who is committed to keeping the costs low through community discounts while providing the highest quality systems available. Coronado has a profound opportunity to be the first city in the nation to be powered 100% by solar electricity and Mr. Sullivan and his firm are doing everything they can to make this a reality!!
Beginning May 31st Sullivan Solar Power launched a comprehensive campaign to enhance the vision for a Coronado Solar Community. In addition to the current state and federal incentives, Sullivan is offering special discounts for our neighbors!! If more than 70kW (about 20 homes) are sold between 5/31/09 and 9/1/09, everyone in that Phase of the campaign receives an additional 7.5% discount on our systems. It gets better, as discounts get greater as more people sign up. For 100kW sold, everyone who signs up by 9/1/09 will receive 12.5% discounts and for 150kW it goes all the way up to 17.5%. The more systems we install in a given time frame, the less it costs us to install the systems which we pass on to our neighbors while retaining the same quality we are known for. We are well on our way to meeting the 70kW goal. Lets see if we can get to the 100kW goal! Tell your neighbors, local businesses, churches and government officials, so that we ALL benefit. We can do this, but we can't do it without your help. Spread the word!

If all the pending sales sign up by 9/1/09, everyone will get a 7.5% discount. For the average home (5kW), this translates into a savings of about $3000. If we get an additional 27.1kW signed up, the savings for the same system would equal about $5000. We can do this. We can turn Coronado into a city that is 100% solar powered but we need you to go solar!
