This is the number one place I want to eat at when I visit home! It can get pretty busy though, and reservations can only be made for 6+ people, so either get there before the crowd or send a person early to put a name on the list. The pollo asado and carne asada dinners are both great, especially with some white sauce on the side!

Good food, reasonably priced, fun atmosphere, and well located. But, ultimately, we go for the white sauce. Yes, it really is that good.

Great chips and white sauce. The food has been somewhat inconsistent in the past. Some days great some days a little stomach aching :) but all worth it. Don't be shy with asking for more white sauce, you wouldn't be a true local if you didn't!!

We love eating here, but between Memorial Day and Labor Day the wait can run over an hour. Plan accordingly. Miguel's does serve drinks and chips on the patio while you're waiting.

I highly recommend the ceviche and my wife LOVES the calamari rellenos! Best Mexican food on the island with service, quaint location and ambiance to match.

Great for Margaritas and always an enjoyable spot to bring out-of-town friends! Inside or out on the patio, this is more of a 'staple' restaurant for our family than any other place in town. Miguels meets the needs of the many while other places have niche menu items that please one or two, this place is good for all! AND...I have the 'white sauce' recipe if anybody needs it...Just ask!

This is our go-to with out of town guests...and sometimes just ourselves! :) It's really great, authentic, Mexican food. And the white sauce...ahhhhh. Doesn't get any better than Miguel's!!

I worked at Miguel's for 7 great years. I loved all the people I worked with, and all the people I waited on. I have traveled many places since then (that was 16 years ago!) and Miguel's is still the BEST MEXICAN restaurant EVER! Keep on rock'n Miguel's!!! The White Sauce is a very creamy jalpeno sauce that is the bomb mixed with the California Hot Sauce!!!! I am cravin a Calamari Torta as we speak... Does Miguel's deliver to Florida? Say Hi to Mateo in the Kitchen, he makes all the magic happen. ALOHA!

Spent my whole day off in Coronado today with my lovely wife . . . she had a hankerin' for some calamari and we ate at Miguel's for a late lunch--it's still as great as ever! Great food, great service and you can't beat the charm of the place or the patio. :-)

Never had a bad meal here, and if it was even slightly sub-par, just drizzle on some white sauce!! Another place where you have to be careful not to make a meal out of the chips before your entree arrives! The location is nice, but feels overwhelming when it's crowded and bustling. Try to beat the crowds for the best experience.
