Leash Your Fitness exercise class for people & their dogs

I put this in as a 'comment' but thought I'd add it as a 'discussion' too...not really sure the best place.

Just wanted to make sure all you dog lovers know about the Leash Your Fitness exercise class on Tuesday and Fridays from 9-10 at Tidelands Park. You walk your dog, stop and do lunges, push-ups, etc. It's tons of fun and a great way to get in your workout and your dog walk. Their website is: www.LeashYourFitness.com. Your first class is free to try it out. They just started in Coronado in late January but have been having classes in other areas (and other types of class, Doga Yoga, hikes, etc.) for a year or two I think.
