it was...about halfway between the Del and the dog beach.  i don't think i have seen this before.

I saw these all underwater a few days before while snorkeling...didn't expect them all to be on shore the next week

Sand Dollars were plentiful here when I was a wee one back in the 40's.  Starfish too and all sorts of beautiful shells~

We were staying at the Del last Sunday and I was surprised and thought, Wow the water must be much cleaner now, it's back to what it was like when i was a kid.
