- I attended the meat of our training in the sloughes that are just out of Coronado. I was 19 years old in 1967 but anytime I look back and remember river patrol boat training in Coronado I can not help but miss the Del and the beauty of Coronado. I am from Pennsylvania but my heart is in Coronado.
