How are you connected to Coronado?
I'm a former Coronado resident.
What are some things you love about Coronado? Favorite places on the island?
Native of Coronado. Loved living at my gramma's house my first few years of life, 925 G Ave. She paid $5,000 for it in the 1930s. House has been replaced with a big sucker. Used to have a fish pond in the backyard. Her kitchen was red & white. Marie Brown lived there until her death in Aug 1985. Of course, the Hotel Del. I have a Phil Ponder print of it. Loved taking the ferry. The smell of the sea and the feel of the sand.
