Where are those beautiful Spectacular bubbles coming from?

This is directed to whom ever is responsible for those bubbles that catch my attention. Everytime I see them I just can not take my eyes off them. Has anyone else seen them? Anyone know who is doing them?
Well I am responsible for those bubbles and I want to say thank you to everyone who takes the time to stop and let me know how much they like them. Sometimes it is just a smile that you may have when you are walking by that tells me "thank you" without actually saying it. The reason…

Charlie, I just wanted to say that I enjoyed your bubbles during a recent visit. We first saw them sailing across the water as we leaned against the railing on the upper deck of the ferry. Then after we disembarked with our bikes, we sought out the source, which turned out to be you, at the site of the original ferry crossing. There were lots of kids and adults and in between squealing with delight (either out loud or silently) at your giant bubbles!
