Laughter Yoga is in Coronado! Enjoy laughing as an exercise! We will be having laughter yoga EVERY Thursday, starting THIS Thursday, November 1. We will meet in the Coronado library Winn Room at 11:00 am. We could not get the Winn Room every Thursday, so the Thursdays that the Winn Room isn't available, we will meet at Spreckles Park, at the corner of 6th and Orange Ave. We will have copies of the laughter yoga schedule for everyone to take home from class November 1.This is a FREE event! Thanks so much, Ashley! Although I grew up in San Diego, I moved away years ago to follow my husband as he went off to build his career. We are back now and ecoronado is new to me.
