Joe! Good work on locating the Spreckels Pipe Organ! Let us know how we can help to bring it back to the Island.

Could Lamb's Theater be a possible site? It would work great for a performance of "Phantom of the Opera"!

Hi Joe!! aka Coronado's Historian Extraordinaire (amongst many other fabulous titles!)  Does the phrase "Beggar's Night" conjure up any fond memories?  If so, in light of the fast approaching Halloween festivies, perhaps you would share a little exclusive Coronado history on this infamous day that seems to have passed by the wayside.  No one believes me when  tell them we had two Halloweens in Coronado, back in the day.

Hope all is well,

Your Pal, Julie DeVercelly (Mrs. Jeep)

Thanks for the reply Joe.  And, my understanding is, that garage sales (or yard sales) may have actually started in Coronado!  Trendsetting little village, yes?  And, yes, we do have our memories, fortunately.
