- What are some things you love about Coronado? Favorite places on the island?
- The beach, which I remember from my childhood; also, the rocks around the Hotel Del which I used to climb on. As an adult, I have grown to appreciate things about it that I took for granted when I was growing up: the amibience of the town and of course, the perfect weather. The Fourth of July has always been particularly enchanting because the atmosphere is that of a patriotic small town in Iowa, even though the Pacific Ocean is right down the street.
