I know Coronado has only a few places to let dogs room free and I can understand it. You are allowed "pets" at the Coronado Bay Club for a fee. What I don't understand is, there is a leash law inforced on our streets, and there is a leash requirement at our complex that when around food, or BBQ or Pool Area.
