Robert Phelps grew up by the water here in Coronado and grew up in it. - What are some things you love about Coronado? Favorite places on the island?
- The list of things I love about this island is absolutely endless. I love the community here; the fact that everyone supports each others endeavors. I love running into friends when I walk down the street; being able to bike into town for groceries or down to Coronado Brewing Co for dinner. I love seeing all the people that come and go from this town.
My favorite part is sailing past Coronado and viewing the island from a different perspective, really soaking it all in from the water. It's an epic scene; the Coronado Bay Bridge, the setting sun behind the aircraft carriers at North Island. No wonder they call this paradise.
