Hi Mike, What is your city email as I would like to know what's up with the El Cordova Garage and their towing contract with the city. There must be more here than meets the eye, as I can't believe you'd scale back a local business in favor of over-the-bridge businesses, especially given that the CofC is in front of you for $350K to promote local business.
