Keep the grass please! There are insufficient funds for this project. The grass doesn't have to be gorgeous lawn quality to serve our needs which can cut maintenance costs. Plus the grass doesn't breed bacteria the way artificial turf does…

Halloween Carnival, Dance & Haunted House at Coronado Community Center

The City of Coronado puts on a great event for young kids and teen-agers.3:30-4:30pm Less Scary for Preschoolers4:30-5:30pm Regular for Everyone7-9pm Extreme for 6th grade to adults.Halloween Carnival from 3:30-5:30pm for kids younger than 6th grade. Rare Black Jellyfish

Today was the second time we have seen a number of the rare species of the Black Jellyfish washing ashore in the Glorietta Bay area. The first time was in mid-July and then it was just a couple. Today, there were about 10 of these beautiful creatures washing ashore. They were a variety of sizes from about 6 inches across to 12-18 inches across.
