In the 50's & early 60's almost every time we took the ferry across the bay it was accompanied by dolphins. We just expected it and took it for granted. The dolphins just loved swimming to and fro across the bow of the ferry.

Having grown up in Coronado, I loved seeing the dolphins swimming along First Street by the Bay Club...it was awesome! Everyone walking by just stood still and enjoyed them....

but did anyone notice them strewn about Tidelands this evening? (or anywhere else) No doubt with the rain tomorrow they will end up right in the bay. Can someone please tell me who is in charge of keeping Tidelands tidy? I'd also like to know if recycleable plastic easter eggs exist?
