Our 2011 Miss Coronado Pageant will be held in mid-August and we still need contestants! If you are between the ages of 17 and 26 (if 17, a high school graduate) and are interested in representing our fine city, then contact me for more information about the pageant. There is a $1,000 scholarship for the winner, as well as endless opportunities to build self-confidence, meet new people, and hone your interviewing and public speaking skills. The 2011 Miss Coronado Pageant will celebrate this year with a new addition…the 2011 Miss Teen Coronado title. The two pageants will be held Sunday May 22, 2011 at 3pm at the Coronado Playhouse. Our current queen, Kelsey Fitzgerald will be giving up her crown to one of the young women vying for the title of Miss Coronado 2011.
