How are you connected to Coronado?
I'm a Coronado local.
What are some things you love about Coronado? Favorite places on the island?
I first came to Coronado in March 1942 from Honolulu, and am an "alumnus" of Miss Bunny's pre-school. I returned to Coronado for 6th and 7th grade. The Navy brought us back in the 1970s, and we've been here more or less continuously since 1979 with two CHS graduates in the family, We love the blend of: new with historic, retired with young familes, the beach, and casual living. We're concerned about spreading commuter traffic and congestion and "ugly" high density development. We blessed w/ a superb city staff and countless civic volunteers.
