As the Coronado Tourism Improvement District begins its second fiscal year, its Board of Directors has increased the amount of its community grants up to $20,000. The grants are intended for local events that improve the number of overnight guests and day visitors in Coronado. The approved grants, up to $4,000 each, will allow organizers to better advertise their event in San Diego County.
