"We are all sorry to see Central Drug go. Besides serving the city for all those years with expert dispensing of pharmaceuticals, "Doc" Tom (Scheib) was always helpful and influential with his medical advice. It was right on and…"
"Times have changed a bit. In the '50's the DMV office was where the Senior Center is now, across the street from CHS. Same building. We were all intent on getting our license ASAP and that meant age 16. When we took our…"
"The Crown Shops is were where many of us hung out in the early ''50's. Of Course, Oscars was the best, most famous drive- in in Coronado. Perkins book worm and records was where we would play records by the hour in a sound…"

"There is life outside Coronado! I recently visited a friend who moved from Coronado to Arkansas. Both of us grew up here in Coronado. Many have wondered how he is doing in landlocked Arkansas. I found he is very happy enjoying the lakes and rivers…"
