- I work at Sharp Hospital and teach Yoga. Our community members enjoy the yoga classes and I thought more people would like to hear that our classes are only $5 for each class! Other classes include, senior circuit and tai chi etc.

Sharp Motion Center will be holding a Candle Light Yoga class with live harp music on January, 21 at four o'clock in the Sanderman Education Auditorium on Soledad Street. Everyone is welcome to join us for gentle yoga and live harp music. Sign-up is required as there is limited mats and seating. Please sign-up by 1-18-13. Challenge yourself inside the parallel bars-- stand on one leg, walk on rough terrain with props to help practice your balance skills and improve walking, bending and daily activities.
