CORONADO CAYS – UNPLANNED COMMUNITY ???

You bet it is and a few years down the pike you won’t recognize there ever was a plan. You will begin to see expansions maximizing all possible space available on zero lot line homes. The Character and charm of these villages will be gone.

DENSITY will have increased many more times than that in the city of Coronado. These radical changes unheard of in a planned community will mean a loss in value…

Span (Coronado Bridge) holds special attraction for some

For most of the 85,000 people who drive it each day, the San Diego-Coronado Bridge is a way to cross the bay. But for others, including the original architect and a daily commuter, the bridge is a treasured part of their lives. Here are a few of their stories.

The architect

When California leaders interviewed architect Robert Mosher in hopes of hiring him to design the San Diego-Coronado Bridge in the 1960s, he told them, “I don't believe it should be… Continue

Big blue bridge hits the big 4-0

The governor managed to eliminate the $156 million deficit in the budget the Legislature sent to him and create a $500 million reserve. This included cutting an extra… Continue
