Kick off your Memorial Day weekend with the Mayor's Movie of the Month, Saving Private Ryan, playing Thursday night, May 24th, at 8PM at the Village Theater.
The Concert in the Park series also kicks off this Sunday at 6PM with the Coronado Community Band.
Last but certainly not least, there will also be a Memorial Day program at Star Park this Monday at 10AM.

These kittens, Avery and Amelia are part of a foursome of kittens ready for their new homes. Born to a Calico mom, she cared for them the first four weeks and allowed foster families to continue the job of bonding them with humans. The Visual Art Department at Coronado High School would like to invite you to the first ever Chalk Art exhibit taking place in the quad of the high school tomorrow, Thursday, May 24th, 2012.
Talented high school students will be taking over the quadrangle and producing giant chalk art on the pavement in a festive environment.
