SAN DIEGO – Four ships and more than 5,000 Sailors of Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 7 returned to their homeport of San Diego Oct. 21 after a five-month deployment to the U.S. 5th Fleet and 7th Fleet areas of responsibility (AOR).

www.BikeWearWorld.com and www.uRide.tv were on location in Coronado, California to participate in the 50th anniversary rough water swim. Speaking of rough, the water temp was about 55 degrees in July!! in San Diego! People still braved the waters and had a great time. Great triathlon training.
