We don't have any comments yet for the first Mystery Photo Contest, so I'm assuming I started out too difficult.

I just figured many of you were pretty good at this by now and I didn't want to make it too easy for you.

However, that being said...If the prize isn't won this week, it's going to roll over to the end for a big Grand Prize...and let me tell you, that picture IS going to be tough. (Or at least I'm hoping it will be).

I'm pleased to announce that the Coronado Mystery Photo Contest will return this summer.

I truly enjoyed doing this contest for Coronado last year, and I'm happy to be bringing it back.

This year I will have it correspond with the Concerts In The Park, taking place from May 29-September 8.

The photos will go up on Sunday morning and the winner will be announced on Saturday afternoon.

If you didn't find this spectacular stained glass window, it's at the Hotel del Coronado. A couple of floors up above the main entrance. Her name is Calafia. I urge to go by and see her, she's quite lovely and we're really glad the hotel saved this lovely piece of art when they removed the fireplace.
