Mirror Mirror shines with supreme casting, elaborate costumes, brilliant cinematography, and a fresh story line. It is the new perspective approach to an old story. Originally written exactly 200 years ago by the Grimm brothers, this new version of Snow White is a spin on social as well as political issues of today.
Masterfully played by Julia Roberts, the narcissistic Queen, on a quest to maintain control as the ruler of the town. An oppressive stepmother to Snow White…

Fran belonged to the Art and Booster clubs in high school and would go to the book fair frequently. After she graduated from…

Mr. Ledyard Billings Hakes Jr., better known as Bill, has lived in Coronado for all 88 years of his life, except for four years during World War II. There were only 200 students when he was enrolled at Coronado High School. Since there were only about 50 students per class, you practically knew everyone! He says his old school was great looking with ivy growing all over it. He was admitted to UCLA, but never went because he got married to the girl who had lived across the street from him all…

I was born at the Sharp Coronado Hospital in 1995 and have been so fortunate to live in Coronado ever since. Coronado is such a great place to hang out with friends and family because of the small town feel and the friendly people. There are so many restaurants, beautiful parks, pools, and of course the movie theater and world famous beach to enjoy. Everything is nearby and pedestrian-friendly.
I went to Sacred Heart Parish School, Christ Church Day School,…
