Salon de Ville (114 C Ave) Hosts Its 3rd Annual Charity Fundraiser

March 11 - Salon owner Ashley Gill and the stylists of Salon de Ville hosted their third annual charity art exhibit and silent auction, Kids Helping Kids.  The event featured art submitted by local children between the ages of 2 and 10.  Opening bids started at $5, with the highest bid ending at $81. The night was more than successful as proceeds reached over $1,000.

Coronado Historical Association: Discover America's Gems- Symposium May 31

Delux Dogs of Coronado is Now Open - 943 Orange Avenue

The much-anticipated wait for Coronado’s very own gourmet hot dog restaurant is finally over! Delux Dogs, located at 943 Orange Ave, is now open!

April 15th marks the 100th anniversary of the tragic sinking of the RMS Titanic in the North Atlantic Ocean.

Meet Fran Adams - Memories of Coronado

Mrs. Fran Adams, who is in her mid-60's, attended Coronado schools all her life. She’s lived in the house she lives in now since she was 6 months old! She graduated from Coronado High School in 1963. Mr. Ledyard Billings Hakes Jr., better known as Bill, has lived in Coronado for all 88 years of his life, except for four years during World War II.
