We have an urgent need for foster homes for our senior “Baby Boomer” cats.

The Coronado Animal Care Facility has limited space to house the PAWS of Coronado senior cats for adoption. Because of this, several of these cats have been moved from the cat community rooms and are now living in cages. These kittens, Avery and Amelia are part of a foursome of kittens ready for their new homes.  Born to a Calico mom, she cared for them the first four weeks and allowed foster families to continue the job of bonding them with humans.  These kittens light up when you walk into the room, are ready for whatever action comes their way, and curl up on your lap when it's time for naps.

A PAWSitively Fantastic Year!…

Carlton is a male 10+ year old grey/white DSH.  He was found stray with a deactivated microchip.  He's a "roll with the punches" kind of guy, easy going and very calm.  This lovable guy is one who will be attentive to his caregiver. These kittens will be available after Tuesday, May 23.  They will be at the Adoption Fair hosted by the IB Pet Supply tomorrow, Saturday, May 19. Two males, two females:  Norman and Sherman, Avery and Amelia.  These kittens are in foster care and as we get to witness over and over, they truly are the biggest loves when we can provide that loving attention while we foster.

Two weeks ago, our featured pet of the week was Peaches, a 16 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.   Here is her story with an update.
