The County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) is reporting that a fifth grade student at Silver Strand Elementary School in Coronado has meningococcal meningitis, a type of bacterial meningitis.

Coastal water quality testing gets funding

Coronado's afternoon pick-me-up kicks in again

The girls of the Coronado lacrosse team aren't really a “before noon” kind of group.



“My team is notorious for not motivating in the morning,” Coronado coach Jessica Battle said. “But they tend to perk up in the afternoons.”

A local Coronado friend was entering a basketball league that is held at the Coronado High School gym. We decided to sponsor his team to help support local sports here on the island and get a little exposure too. Tonight, we went down to the CHS gym and took a few photos and some video. Man who killed wife was street performer
