Around 6:30pm last night, a fire broke out at a home located at 950 Cabrillo Avenue.  Early reports suggest that it started from a faulty water heater.  There was substantial damage to the home and firefighters had to cut holes in the roof to increase ventilation while they battled the fire.  Fortunately, no injuries were reported and the fire was put out quickly.

Coronado Police Officer Ryan serves the Crown City well. Coronado PD granted me a four-hour ride along with Ryan. We met mid-morning and got to right to cruising.
