Coronado Training Center Hosts Self Defense Class May 12

Saturday, May 12, 2012 CTC will host a self defense class for anyone interested in learning how not to be a victim!  The class is open to men and women and is great for mother/daughter, single women, high school or college girls, husbands/wives....anyone interested.  (Must be 14+ years old)

 

Join CTC owner and chief instructor Dan Boyle for three hours of self defense instruction.  Dan has over 25 years experience in Fitness Training, Martial Arts, Weight Training, Boxing & competitive sports.

          12:30pm – 3:30pm

Cost: $65.00 for the 3 hour session – limited space. Reserve your space today!!!

(Must Pre-Pay) 2 or More = $50.00 each

                                   

Instruction will include:

 

  • Awareness/Prevention
  • Most Common Attacks & Car Jacking
  • Most Common Grabs – Headlocks, Bearhugs
  • Pressure points/Joint Locks
  • Home Assaults – At front door, Inside House
  • Sexual Assaults – In your bedroom, dorm room, bed
  • Violent Attacks – At a nightclub, on the street
  • Questions & Answers – Pepper Spray? Co-workers?

 The knowledge and skills you will gain during this class are an investment in you and your family.

 

Coronado Training Center is located above KFC/Taco Bell.  There is plenty of free parking and a bike rack at the bottom of the stairs.  Coronado Training Center offers many different programs including Tae Kwon Do for a wide variety of ages, Muay Thai Kickboxing classes, BAM (or Bad As* Moms), Zumba with Shea, and much more.
