We need a spot like this SO BAD!  No place on this island for a GOOD CUPCAKE! (and you are right down the street from us, so it couldn't be more convenient)  I do miss FUEL a ton.. such a bummer they had to close, but I am thankful to see empty spaces being filled along orange and in our city!

Hello Coronado! I am pleased to hear excitement for Weincakes. Originally the idea was to have a cupcake store, but has since morphed into a dessert bistro. My plan is to have light bites and lots of desserts. I also would like to be heavily involved in community events as well as fundraising. For those of you who don't know me, my son played football last year and I loved helping the boosters out when I could. My menu is a work in progress, but in the spirit of community I would love to hear suggestions of what you would like to be offered. I look forward to serving Coronado soon! As a side note..I, too, will miss Fuel!
