Photo: Coronado Residents Take Their Parking VERY Seriously

Chris Searles sent this photo and these words to eCoronado.com:

Between chalk signage on parking places, putting miniature parking cones in front of the house, and that one guy who pulls out two SDG&E signs from his trunk and leaves them on the curb when he drives off to work in the morning, parking in Coronado is serious business...  and the summer is just getting started!

Cheers and here's to good Coronado parking CARma.

Anyone else have this issue going on in their neighborhood?

RE: Cars To Go....

If you think you are irritated with the lack of parking meters and spaces now....wait until cars to go comes here. They DO NOT have to put money in meters, they do not have time limits either. I live in Coronado and have a loft in the East Village and the little cars are constantly outside the loft taking up all of the parking spaces. I hope that they are kept out of Coronado!

Agree with Laurie!!!  Let's not exacerbate an already HORRIBLE parking situation that exists...
