Car Wash Questions?!

As most locals would agree it is nice to have a car wash in the neighborhood, however I am wondering if anyone is experiencing inconsistencies with them. First of all it took me 3 tries to actually get a wash. I believe they advertise hours of 9-5. On several occasions myself and my aunt tried during those hours and were either turned away or no one was there at all. Secondly, I got a wash about 4 weeks ago and it cost $10, yesterday my aunt went and she was told the cheapest was $20 (external only) and the other prices for internal or waxing were much higher. I wasn't sure if it was because it's July in Nado or what? Just looking for some feedback.

Hours of Operation: M-F 9-5pm, Sa 9-1pm

Costs: $25 for inside and outside - larger cars may cost more. Outside wash and wax is $45. Outside wash, wax and cleaning inside is $65.

I told them how people had come and the place was closed. They were apologetic and promised they were dedicated to keeping their posted hours. Then they mentioned the prices have gone up. Yes, it is hard to keep a business open with low car wash prices. They only charged me $12 for my wash.
NOW the good news... they are going to designate one "bay" for people that want to do their own wash. As of yet, they didn't know how much they were going to charge for the "self-wash" but many people had asked for this. They want to continue to do the best job on your car. so let's support our local car wash. Then go to Clayton's Mexican food window for their great rolled tacos or carnesada burritos if you want great Mexican food.
