I found this watercolor at a garage sale the other day for $1, but I'm curious about its history. The lady who sold it to me had no idea what it was, she found it behind another painting in her house. It has no writing on the front or back also. If any of you know about the painting, the house, or the man in the photo, please let me know. Thanks!

Do you have another photo from a different angle? For some reason it looks familiar to me. My husband's parents and grandparents lived in Coronado from the 30's.
