Seems like the Navy and Coast Guard could patrol and keep this from happening.

I was wondering what was happening last night. I saw a helicopter circling low with a searchlight over the beach for a while late last night and knew something must be going on. Thanks for letting us know!

I think it happens a lot more and we only hear about it when it gets this far.

They do patrol fairly often these days. I see the border patrol vehicles almost every evening now and the Coast Guard was sitting off shore all night on that eveing. I think that's why this group was caught so quickly. Good work.
