Comment by Brian on September 15, 2011 at 3:50pm I have a swell idea: Why don't all of you objecting to the use and design pool your money, lease/buy the building and put in what YOU think should be there.
Comment by Jimmy on September 17, 2011 at 10:16am Dan, I was thinking the same thing. I get that people want to keep the quaint village feel, but if Trader Joe's or some mom-and-pop entrepreneur or anyone else wanted to use this space, they've had plenty of time to speak up. I still think Walgreens is better than the vacant building we've had for the last couple of years.

Comment by Mary on September 19, 2011 at 4:00pm While we would all enjoy having a Trader Joe's in town, it is a Walgreen's we are getting.
Hopefully, they will stock some items which are not currently available in Coronado. The local residents
will really miss that parking lot, which has been well used for the past 2 years!
