Why is Tai Chi so popular these days? Why do over 180 million people worldwide practice Tai Chi every day? It is because the practice of Tai Chi offers a longer, healthier, more active life. With an emphasis on deep breathing, Tai Chi integrates your mind with your body and is very effective at calming and relieving stress. Medical studies confirm that regular practice of Tai Chi dramatically improves balance and concentration, improves leg strength, inreases flexibiity, reduces pain, helps with arthritis and a recent study of the American Heart Association found that Tai Chi resulted in a small but significant drop in blood pressure.

Master Teacher Jean Pierre will be conducting class and looks forward to sharing the enormous benefits of Tai Chi to the community of Coronado.
