Car Accident Sinks Fire Hydrant and Bursts Pipes at the Corner of Glorietta and Monterey
A single vehicle traffic collision early Sunday left the driver and passenger with serious injuries at the corner of Glorietta and Monterey. It damaged a fire hydrant that that caused flooding.
