Since they placed in the top 5, they get to compete at the High School Nationals in Seattle the weekend of May 12 – 13. We wish them luck!
Last year, CHS got 1st place at the Pacific Coast Championship and placed 2nd at the High School Nationals.
ALSO: Join us at the Coronado Yacht Club the first Tuesday of every month for a fundraiser dinner benefiting the Junior Sailing Program! It’s $10 for one meal or a family pack for $35. The meals are amazing and are for a great cause.
Registration for high school sailing starts in August! So, if you have a child interested in sailing at the Coronado Yacht Club, contact Shaun and Jill Powell at jillpowell@san.rr.com
