Climbing El Capitan -Cause/Belief: Steve Wampler at TEDxSanDiego 2012 (Video)

Steve Wampler, the first man with cerebral palsy to climb El Capitan, was raised through a normal life by his parents and was sent to a wilderness survival camp at a young age. This experience proved to Wampler that he could do anything. After years of personal accomplishment like marriage and children, Wampler felt a void. After three years of training, Wampler climbed El Capitan in an inspiring six days, teaching us that when we let go of physical limitations our minds and spirits are filled with meaning.  Learn more about Steve and his foundation.
