First, our beach is voted #2 in the United States.  NOW .... it's considered one of the best places for the "rich and single" to hook up .... and it's all in our backyard!!   Darn ..... guess sombody's gotta live here :)    LOVE this beautiful little town!!

Got it..  They rank the "rich" part by median "family" income, and the "single" part by percentage of single people.  Unless those single people are still living at home with their parents - chances are the "single" and the "rich" may not be the same people.  Still - we all know it's a great place to live, even if you're married with children!

I remember before we were "discovered'. When you could go to Concerts in the Park and it was a lovely local event where you had no problem finding a place to enjoy the concert. I used to think before the Shores and Cays and Street Lights - "when are they going to find out?". Well they found out darnit. Now it seems everyone wants a piece of the Rock ;-(

The article is poorly written and plain ridiculous. Throwing the NAVY SEALS and rich singles in one sentence is asinine. Like they are flocking here because of the great town. We all know our Island is the best, but what a stupid article ...

Haha.... Thanks for saying that Steve. I, of course, knew this article was all CNN and had nothing to do with ecoronado. At first, I just gave it a quick read.... and then had to laugh, re-read and comment. :)

Thanks for your great website...it's such an asset to Coronado.
