Come meet Teddy, PAWS of Coronado Pet of the Week!

Teddy is male, of Chihuahua variety.  He's light tan in color, less than a year old, and weighs about 11 pounds.  This young man has a grand time playing with his ball, enjoying a game of fetch.  Because he's still young, he seems to smile when given the opportunity to play tag or have the chance to run a little on his leash.  His curlicue tail is quite endearing, very expressive in its positioning.  To spend time in the yard is the best way to meet this young man.  He's a beautiful boy filled with character and personality.  He's a fun dog who will offer years of companionship to that special someone who thinks he is irresistible.

You can meet other dogs and cats available for adoption at the Coronado Animal Care Facility (ACF) on 1395 First Street.  Hours of operation are 9am - 4pm, every day but major holidays.  To see and read about other animals needing homes, please view our websites: pawsofcoronado.org and petfinder.com.   All our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped and current on their immunizations prior to their adoption.  PAWS of Coronado would like to announce our new program, Feline Baby Boomers /Senior to Senior Adoption Program.  Cats 10+ years adopted to parents 55+ years get a reduced fee of $35 for the first cat, $15 for the second.

It's kitten season, so come on down and meet the gang.  They are more than willing to entertain you with their antics. Bring your cat carrier, you are going to want to take one or two home.
