'There's a Cat for That!' Adoption Event!

Host a PAWS of Coronado Cat Adoption Event

PAWS of Coronado has felines of all ages for adoption from frisky kittens to more dignified feline baby boomers. Whatever your lifestyle, there’s a cat for that! And the folks at IB Pet and San Diego Pet Food Delivery want you to meet them at the adoption event on Saturday, May 19, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

* Need a loving companion? There's a Baby Boomer cat for that!

* How about a study buddy? There's a cat for that, too!

* Need a playful feline friend? There’s an adorable kitten for that!

* How about a friend for man's best friend? Yes, we have cats that like dogs - there's even a cat for that!

Come meet the cats and kittens being pushed in strollers, playing in the cat cabana, running through the cat tunnel or walking on a leash. We have all kinds of felines and will work with you to find the purrfect match for you and your lifestyle to make sure you get the cat for that!

The cats of PAWS of Coronado are some of the most social cats available for adoption in the San Diego area due to the TLC they receive from the staff at the Coronado Animal Care Facility, the attention they get from the volunteers participating in the Cat Petting Program and the time the cat adoption counselors take to get to know them.

Volunteers will be manning the tables and can answer all of your questions about adopting a cat or dog, becoming a member of PAWS, volunteer opportunities, upcoming events and other ways you can help save the lives of the orphaned cats and dogs in Coronado.

IB Pets will have a store wide sale of 10% during the adoption event and offer 20% off of any purchases to anyone adopting a cat. They will also make up "Cat Adoption Kits" with litter boxes, litter, food, etc. to get you started with your new furry member of the family!

Join us at IB Pet Saturday at 600   Palm Avenue #127, Imperial Beach or stop by the Coronado Animal Care Facility at 1395 First Street in Coronado any day between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to meet the orphaned cats and dogs waiting to find their forever homes.

About PAWS of Coronado:

PAWS is a non-profit 501c3 organization founded in 2003. This grassroots group is looking to create a no-kill community and a time of No More Homeless Pets in Coronado and the South Bay. They work with the Coronado Animal Care Facility (ACF) to provide shelter to orphaned cats and dogs and to find them their forever homes.
